We only earn if you get hired, and only for jobs we directly connect you with.
Once you're earning, we take a small 5% success fee. It's what allows us to keep advocating for coaches seeking opportunities.
No hidden or upfront fees, no surprises—just a simple 5% after you start getting paid. If you don't earn, we don't either.
AM I ABLE TO PURSUE JOBS ON MY OWN?
Of course! We don't lock coaches into exclusivity agreements or restricting contracts. You’re always free to apply and pursue any job on your own—we’re simply here to open more doors for you.
ARE ALL APPLICANTS ACCEPTED?
When we connect with clubs, directors, and hiring managers we only recommend the best. It's how we build trust within our network. For that reason, not all applicants are accepted.
