PLAYER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Our online mentorship program is our flagship service for driven soccer players: youth, college, & senior.
Whether your athlete is low on confidence, struggling to perform, or simply want to take their game to the next level and want personalized guidance - this is the program for you.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The sessions are over Zoom and focused on raising match performance. We work on strengthening player confidence, game intelligence, review/analyze game film, and any other guidance specific to the athlete's needs.
We use a combined approach of engaged learning, guided discovery, encouragement, and visual tools that make it easy for players to apply the teachings immediately into their game & everyday life.

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE?
We provide one-time single sessions, or a monthly package where we work with players more closely on a weekly basis and measure their progress.
We hold sessions Mon-Fri in a personalized 1 on 1 structure at a time that works best for your schedule.
Each session includes player progress checks, confidence-building, tactical & positional learning, video review, and player guidance.
HOW OFTEN DO WE CONNECT?
The monthly is a 4-week package where we connect once a week Mon-Fri over Zoom. Sessions are 30-40 minutes of high-level engagement.
KEY FACTS
Since launch, we have mentored athletes of all levels in 30+ states and 13 different countries.
The team is led by UEFA A professional coach, Diego Clavijo, alongside a seasoned group of professional coaches with decades of experience across the US and Europe, from youth to senior.
Along with professional degrees, certifications, and experience in performance analysis, sport science, mental performance, video learning tools, and AI software.
Currently, our program services are only open to soccer (football) players.
