PLAYER MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Our online 1:1 mentorship program is our flagship service for driven soccer athletes: youth, college, & senior.

Whether you're low on confidence, struggling to perform, or simply want to take your game to the next level and want personalized guidance - this is the program for you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We pair you with a seasoned mentor best suited to your profile, goals, and needs. All mentors hold experience at professional, college, and elite youth levels.

Sessions are held over Zoom and focused on game performance, support, encouragement, and direction. We work on strengthening player confidence, game IQ, review game film, or any other guidance specific to the athlete's needs.

WHAT IS THE STRUCTURE?

We provide sessions as 4-packs or 8-packs and work with players closely on a weekly basis to measure progress.

We hold sessions Mon-Fri in a personalized 1 on 1 structure at a time that works best for your schedule.

HOW OFTEN DO WE CONNECT?

You have the option to meet either once or twice per week Mon-Fri over Zoom. Sessions are kept to 20 minutes for maximum engagement and focus.

Since launch, we have mentored athletes of all levels in 30+ states and 13 different countries.

The team is led by UEFA A professional coach, Diego Clavijo, alongside a seasoned group of professional coaches with decades of experience across the US and Europe, from youth to senior.

Along with professional degrees, certifications, and experience in performance analysis, sport science, mental performance, video learning tools, and AI software.

Currently, our program services are only open to soccer (football) athletes.
